Phoenix Restaurants has developed and implemented a variety of boutique style food stations, complemented by menus and imagination, offering our customers the most unique style and variety of foods on an ever-changing basis.

This multifaceted approach includes such Concepts as Destiny’s Grille, Sandwiches du Monde, Sidewayz, Choose and Lose, Mom’s Cooking, Bon Zuppi’s, Pastabilities, ShowTime, Mr. Panini’s European Sandwiches, Papa Joe’s Pizza, Pea Podz and Cobblestone Bakery. 

Phoenix can also partner with national retail entities such as Boar’s Head, Starbucks, Seattle’s Best Coffee, Crystal Lite, Glacier Waters, Naturally Fresh, Coke, Pepsi, Frito Lay and many others.

 
Sanitation

Customers desire and deserve a safe and sanitary dining environment. Phoenix places major emphasis on sanitation.  Our goal is to exceed the rules and regulations set forth by the State of Florida.

 
Fresh Food Concepts

Phoenix’s philosophy is to serve only freshly prepared food products.  All preparation is performed on the premises.  Only the highest quality meats and the freshest produce is used.  “Fresh” fruits are the standard specification for fruits with extra fancy canned fruits being used in bakery products and gelatin salads.  Positively no preservatives, food additives or flavor enhancers are permitted to be used in any of our food production.

Examples of our standards include:

  Homemade baked goods such as cakes, pies, Danish, monster muffins, cookies, breads, rolls etc.
  Real cream for coffee
  Fruit salad made fresh from seasonal melons, berries, grapes, etc
  All meats roasted daily on premise.
  Fresh iced tea made daily – no instant tea
  
Expansion Plans

Our goal for growth in the next five years is to concentrate our efforts in our areas of specialization, serving corporate dining, colleges, universities, and schools.  Within the corporate dining segment, we are targeting only firms that desire a high quality dining experience.  Our belief is that our emphasis on quality and personalized service coupled with our innovative culinary philosophy is most appreciated and appropriate in this select market niche.

Geographically our efforts are focused on extending our presence only in Southeast Florida.  Additionally, we have no desire to be the “biggest”.  We will stay small but we will provide a level of service that other companies cannot match.  We will be the “Best”.

Phoenix is a debt free company and has a substantial line of credit allocated for investments in growth.  Sources of management personnel to handle our growth will be supplied through our recruitment and training programs.  Recruiting is conducted at the top culinary and hotel, restaurant administration colleges and universities throughout the region.  In the industry we have a strong reputation for loyalty to our employees and dedication to culinary excellence.  We are approached frequently by manager candidates interested in pursuing a career with Phoenix.  The result is a substantial resource pool that we can draw upon to partner in our growth.
